Last updated: July 11, 2026
Welcome to PI-COOL GT. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the PI-COOL GT platform, including its website, live streaming, maps, location features, nearby places, chat, profiles, and related services.
By creating an account, accessing, or using PI-COOL GT, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not create an account or use the platform.
1. Description of the service
PI-COOL GT is a technology platform designed to help users discover places, activities, and real-world experiences through live audiovisual transmissions.
Depending on availability, the platform may allow users to:
- start and watch live transmissions;
- share location information associated with a transmission;
- view maps and nearby places;
- access contextual, tourism, or weather information;
- participate in live chats;
- follow profiles and share transmissions;
- report content or users;
- discover destinations and experiences in real time.
Features may be modified, expanded, limited, suspended, or removed as the platform develops.
2. Definitions
- PI-COOL GT means the platform, website, application, and related services.
- User means any person who accesses or uses the platform.
- Explorer means a user who starts or actively participates in a live transmission.
- Viewer means a user who watches or interacts with a transmission.
- Content includes video, audio, images, messages, profile information, location information, titles, descriptions, and other material shared through the platform.
- Transmission means a live audiovisual broadcast made through PI-COOL GT.
3. Eligibility and minimum age
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use PI-COOL GT's live transmission features, unless the platform later introduces specific protections and verifiable parental or legal guardian authorization for younger users.
By registering, you represent that:
- you meet the minimum age requirement;
- you have legal capacity to accept these terms;
- the information you provide is accurate and current;
- you are not creating or using an account for another person without authorization.
PI-COOL GT may request additional verification when reasonably necessary for legal, safety, or user-protection purposes.
4. Account registration and security
Certain functions require an account. Users are responsible for:
- providing accurate information;
- keeping account information current;
- protecting passwords and access credentials;
- not sharing account access with unauthorized persons;
- reporting suspected unauthorized access;
- activity performed through their account, except where credible evidence demonstrates unauthorized access.
PI-COOL GT may temporarily restrict an account when suspicious activity or a security risk is detected.
5. Live transmissions
Explorers are responsible for the content they transmit and for the circumstances in which a transmission is made.
Before starting a transmission, an explorer must ensure that:
- the transmission is lawful in that location;
- all necessary permissions have been obtained;
- the transmission does not violate privacy rights;
- confidential information is not exposed;
- vulnerable persons are not deliberately placed at risk;
- the explorer and third parties are not placed in danger;
- the platform is not used while driving or performing an activity requiring full attention.
Events, shows, and restricted venues
Access to an event, purchase of a ticket, receipt of an invitation or accreditation, or lawful physical presence at a venue does not automatically grant permission to record, stream, or retransmit its content through PI-COOL GT.
Explorers must verify and comply with admission conditions, venue rules, restrictions on cameras and microphones, copyright, broadcast rights, image rights, and all other applicable permissions.
These obligations apply to concerts, festivals, sporting events, stadiums, theaters, cinemas, museums, exhibitions, conferences, theme parks, private establishments, accredited events, and other locations where recording or live transmission may be restricted.
When recording or live transmission is prohibited or limited, the explorer must not transmit. The explorer must also stop a transmission when legitimately required by an organizer, property owner, authorized employee, security representative, or competent authority.
PI-COOL GT may limit, interrupt, or remove a transmission when there is a possible violation of venue restrictions, copyright, broadcast rights, contractual conditions, or a legally valid request from a rights holder.
Transmissions may be visible to other users and may include contextual information related to the explorer's location. PI-COOL GT does not review every transmission before it becomes available and does not guarantee that all content is accurate, appropriate, safe, or permanently available.
6. Camera and microphone
PI-COOL GT may request permission to access a device's camera and microphone when an explorer starts a transmission.
This access may be used to capture video, transmit audio, provide the live experience, and allow viewers to watch and listen to the transmission.
Users can manage these permissions through their browser, operating system, or device settings. PI-COOL GT will seek to stop active camera and microphone resources when a transmission ends, but users may also revoke permissions directly through their device or browser.
7. Location and maps
Location is a central feature of PI-COOL GT. When an explorer grants permission and starts a transmission, the platform may use geographic information to:
- display the area associated with the transmission;
- update the explorer's position during a transmission;
- show maps and nearby places;
- provide contextual information;
- improve discovery of destinations and experiences.
Accuracy may vary according to the device, browser, GPS signal, internet connection, permissions, and third-party services.
Location information may be approximate and must not be relied upon as an emergency navigation system.
Explorers must avoid transmitting from private, confidential, sensitive, or restricted places when revealing their location could create a safety or security risk.
8. User content
Users retain the rights they legally hold in the content they create.
By posting or transmitting content through PI-COOL GT, users grant the platform a limited, non-exclusive license necessary to:
- transmit and technically host the content;
- display and distribute it within the platform;
- adapt it for different devices and screen formats;
- operate moderation, safety, and security functions;
- legitimately operate, improve, and promote the service.
This license does not transfer ownership of the content to PI-COOL GT. Users represent that they hold all rights and permissions necessary to share the content.
9. Prohibited conduct and content
Users must not use PI-COOL GT to publish, transmit, promote, or facilitate:
- unlawful content or criminal activity;
- child exploitation or abuse;
- illegal sexual content or non-consensual intimate content;

- copyright or intellectual-property infringement;
- dangerous acts that place users or third parties at risk;
- artificial manipulation of viewers or interactions;
- spam, malware, or unauthorized automated activity;
- any conduct that violates applicable law or these Terms.
PI-COOL GT may remove content, stop transmissions, or restrict accounts when a possible violation is identified.
10. Privacy of third parties
Users must respect the privacy of people who may appear in a transmission.
Where required, explorers must obtain consent before recording, identifying, or disclosing information about another person, especially in private spaces.
PI-COOL GT must not be used to monitor, stalk, harass, expose, or improperly locate another person.
11. Chat and interactions
Users may interact through chat and other social features. Users must not harass, threaten, spam, impersonate others, disclose private information, promote illegal activity, or manipulate interactions.
PI-COOL GT may apply filters, message limits, removals, blocks, or other moderation measures.
12. Reports and moderation
Users may report transmissions, profiles, or content they believe violate these Terms or applicable law.
PI-COOL GT may:
- review reports;

- retain information when legally necessary;
- cooperate with authorities in response to a valid legal obligation or request.
Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular action or outcome.
13. Third-party services and information
PI-COOL GT may use third-party technology providers for authentication, databases, live video and audio, maps, geolocation, weather, hosting, security, and related services.
Third-party information may contain errors, delays, or interruptions. Maps, weather, distances, location information, and nearby-place information are provided for general informational purposes and are not guaranteed to be completely accurate.
14. Service availability and MVP status
PI-COOL GT is currently under development and may operate as an MVP, beta version, or testing service.
During this stage, users may experience errors, interruptions, incomplete functions, design changes, temporary unavailability, or modifications without prior notice.
PI-COOL GT does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every browser, device, or operating system.
15. Free and future paid features
PI-COOL GT may provide free, limited, promotional, or test features.
Future services may include transmission plans, additional transmission time, subscriptions, premium functions, advertising, promotions, or commercial tools.
Before any charge is made, the applicable price, taxes, renewal terms, payment conditions, and cancellation rules will be disclosed. Accepting these Terms does not automatically authorize a payment.
16. PI-COOL GT intellectual property
The platform, visual identity, software, designs, logos, graphics, documentation, and proprietary technology are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Users must not:
- copy or distribute the software without authorization;
- use PI-COOL GT branding in a misleading manner;
- attempt unauthorized access to code or infrastructure;
- interfere with platform security;
- use unauthorized automated systems;
- reproduce protected materials outside permitted uses.
Additional copyright information is available in our Copyright Policy.
17. Suspension and termination
PI-COOL GT may limit, suspend, or terminate an account when there is:
- a violation of these Terms;
- a risk to users or third parties;
- suspected illegal activity;
- fraud, abuse, or impersonation;
- a security threat;
- a valid legal obligation;
- conduct that harms the platform or its community.
Where reasonably possible, PI-COOL GT may provide a method to request review of a decision.
18. Limitation of responsibility
PI-COOL GT provides a technology platform that connects users and helps them discover real-time experiences.
PI-COOL GT does not guarantee:
- the identity of every user;

- permanent service availability;
- the quality of an internet connection;
- the accuracy of maps, weather information, distances, or nearby places.
Users are responsible for evaluating risks and acting with reasonable care. Nothing in this section excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Changes to these Terms
PI-COOL GT may update these Terms for legal, technical, operational, safety, or commercial reasons.
When changes are material, PI-COOL GT will seek to provide notice through the platform or another reasonable method. The latest update date will appear at the beginning of this page.
20. Governing law and disputes
The governing law, legal entity, and final dispute-resolution procedure will be established before the commercial launch of PI-COOL GT, taking into account the country of incorporation and the jurisdictions in which the platform operates.
This section must be updated when the entity responsible for operating PI-COOL GT is formally established.
